Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. or more grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
    You can use cayenne pepper instead of the jalapeno peppers (use to your desired taste).
