Quick Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can tomatoes (1 lb.)
    1 can red beans (1 lb.)
    1 can tomato sauce (1 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onions; add ground beef.
    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered.
