Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. popped corn
1 c. oleo (2 sticks)
2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
dry roasted, unsalted peanuts
Preparation

Melt oleo, brown sugar, syrup and salt; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 5 minutes more.
Add soda and vanilla.
Pour over popped corn.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
