Oh My Goodness Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (2 sticks) margarine
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    2 eggs and 2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 c. wheat germ
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. Quaker Oats
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. walnuts, coconut, chocolate chips or raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Beat softened margarine, sugars and eggs until creamy.
    Add vanilla, milk and molasses while continuing to beat (medium speed with electric mixer).
    Add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix well.
    Stir in oats and wheat germ, mixing well.
    Add any optional ingredients you like.
    Drop tablespoons of dough on greased cookie sheet with equal spacing.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Can be frozen.
