Mother'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. coarsely broken pecan pieces
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix eggs with all ingredients, except pecans.
Mix well; add pecans.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 45 minutes.
Cool.
