Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cake flour (Pillsbury)
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar for 17 minutes.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Stir in coconut last with a spoon.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Start cake in a cool oven.
