Panocha(Sprouted Wheat Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sprouted wheat flour
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    9 c. boiling water
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix the two kinds of flour thoroughly.
    Add one half of the boiling water; stir well.
    Set aside and cover.
    Let stand for
    15 minutes,
    then add the rest of the water.
    Caramelize the
    sugar; add 1 cup boiling water.
    When sugar is dissolved, add to flour mixture.
    Simmer mixture for 2 hours.
    Add butter and place, uncovered,
    in 300\u00b0 hot oven for one hour or until it is quite thick and deep brown.
