Roasted New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 small new potatoes (2 1/2 lb.)
    olive oil cooking spray
    1/4 c. Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook unpeeled potatoes in boiling water about 15 minutes; drain and cool slightly.
    Quarter potatoes; spray cut sides with spray.
    Combine remaining ingredients; dredge cut sides in mixture.
    Place in a single layer on a baking sheet, coated with the cooking spray.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
