Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
3 eggs
3 c. self-rising flour
6 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. soda
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream the margarine and sugar. Add eggs (beaten).
Stir in bananas.
Sift soda and flour.
Add alternately with milk.
Add pecans and vanilla. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes in 3 greased and floured loaf pans.
