Persimmon And Date Bar Cookie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. persimmon pulp
1 tsp. baking soda, add to pulp
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
8 oz. pitted chopped dates
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Spread in greased and floured 10 x 16-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
