Nikki'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 pkg. crescent rolls

Preparation

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Mix first 5 ingredients well. Roll out 1 package of crescent rolls in pan.
Spread seams together.
Spread cheese mixture over \"crust.\"
Roll 2nd package crescent rolls over cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top while hot. Slice when cool.
