Texas Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
4 oz. sour cream
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown onions and ground beef.
Drain.
Return meat mixture to skillet.
Add tomato sauce, seasoned salt and sugar.
Cook at low heat.
Cook noodles according to the package directions.
Using a fork, mash cream cheese and sour cream together.
Grease a medium-size casserole dish.
Layer first with noodles, then meat mixture, then cream cheese mixture.
Top casserole with grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes or until heated through.
