Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 c. orange sections (mandarin)
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. quartered green grapes
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of ground marjoram
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients and toss gently.
Combine oil, orange juice, vinegar and seasonings.
Pour over chicken mixture and toss gently.
Chill 1 hour.
Drain off liquids.
Stir mayonnaise into salad.
Yields 6 servings.
