Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 bay leaf
    garlic salt to taste
    2 to 3 c. tomato juice or beef broth
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in 4 quart casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or 250\u00b0 for 4 1/2 hours until tender.
