Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bread, crumbled
    1/3 c. milk
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash ground nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. Mazola corn oil
    1 (7/8 oz.) pkg. brown gravy mix
    1/2 c. real mayonnaise
Preparation
    Add bread to milk; mix in next 5 ingredients.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Chill.
    Brown meatballs in oil in large skillet. Prepare gravy mix according to directions using 1 1/4 cups water. Blend in mayonnaise.
    Add meatballs and heat.
    Makes about 45 meatballs.
