Ingredients

1/2 c. lite frozen whipped topping
2 pkg. artificial sweetener
2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
Preparation

Combine ingredients in bowl; mix well and chill.
Makes a great topping for fruit.
Each serving provides 1/4 milk; 16 optional calories.
