Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts
10 oz. box Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Cook chicken.
Remove bone and cut into bite size pieces. Crumble 3/4 stack of crackers.
Melt margarine in 6 x 12-inch baking dish; add crackers to make crust.
Place chicken pieces on crust.
Mix soups, sour cream, water chestnuts and milk.
Pour over chicken.
Crumble remaining crackers on top.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
