Shrimp-Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber (remove seed and slice)
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 large pepper, chopped
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 large sliced summer squash
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. white wine
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Combine shrimp, vegetables, sugar and spices to hot vegetable oil.
    Saute 3 to 5 minutes.
    Drain any oil left in pan.
    Dissolve cornstarch and wine together.
    Add to vegetables.
    Bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve with rice, if desired.
    Excellent for light lunch.
    Serves 4.
