Peaches 'N Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sliced peaches
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Grease a 10-inch pie pan.
    Drain the peaches and save the juice.
    Combine 3/4 cup self-rising flour with the package of pudding, margarine, egg and milk.
    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Spread in pan.
    Put peaches on top of batter, leaving about 1/2-inch from the sides uncovered.
    Beat for 2 minutes the cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice.
    Spoon this over the peaches.
    Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool and refrigerate.
