Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Cortland apples, sliced
    cinnamon
    sugar
    lemon juice
    stick of butter
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Slice apples.
    Coat with lemon juice to prevent discoloring. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Crumble butter, flour and brown sugar with fingers over apples.
    Bake in a buttered pie plate
    at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
