Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising meal
1 c. cream-style corn
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. sweet milk
Preparation

Pour oil in deep mixing bowl.
Add milk, then meal.
Stir, then add corn, pepper and onion.
Mix well.
Last, add cheese and mix.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown, about 30 minutes.
