Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, then milk alternately with sifted dry ingredients.
Grate rind of one lemon into mixture.
Bake in loaf pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
After it is baked and while still hot, frost with glaze.
