Honey Spiced Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium acorn squash
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds and discard. Place squash, cut side down, on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn squash over.
    Combine spices, add honey and margarine, stirring well.
    Brush squash with honey mixture; spoon remaining mixture into center of each squash.
    Bake 5 to 40 minutes longer or until squash is tender.
    Yields 6 servings.
