Crunch Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small boxes Jell-O (color of punch needed)
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    4 qt. ginger ale (do not refrigerate)
    4 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 9 cups of boiling water.
    Combine with 4 cups of sugar and 4 cups of water and bring to a boil; add Jell-O mixture.
    Cool and add lemon and pineapple juice.
    Pour into four 1/2 gallon milk cartons and freeze.
    Set out to thaw until slushy. Put in punch bowl and add 1 quart ginger ale to each 1/2 gallon of mix.
