Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. butter
    1/2 oz. flour
    1/4 pt. milk
    7 1/4 oz. can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 oz. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. cream
    3 egg yolks
    4 egg whites
    salt and pepper to taste
    bacon bits and/or onion slivers flavor (if desired)
Preparation
    Make thick sauce with butter, flour and milk.
    Add salmon. Season to taste.
    Add cheese, cream and egg yolks.
    Mix well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, then pour into souffle dish and bake in moderately hot oven (400\u00b0) for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and well risen.
    Serve at once.
