Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix salt and flour.
Cream butter and sugar until light.
Add 1 egg and beat.
Add 1 egg yolk, lemon juice and vanilla; beat. Add flour and mix with a wooden spoon.
Divide dough in fourths. Wrap in plastic and chill several hours.
