Yum Yum Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla and dry ingredients alternately with sour cream to which soda has been added.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Cover batter with pie filling and cut into batter with a knife.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
