Zingy Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 medium tomato, peeled
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    handful of fresh parsley
    handful of fresh cilantro
    3/4 tsp. cumin
    1 scallion, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Whip all ingredients in food processor.
    Serve with tortilla chips or pita crisps or vegetable dippers such as pepper strips and celery sticks.
