Pear Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. softened margarine
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fresh pears, peeled and chopped
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar and beat in eggs.
Combine all dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture alternately with yogurt.
Mix well, then add pears.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
