Potatoes In Tuxedos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small new potatoes
    3/4 c. sour cream
    seasoned salt
    cayenne pepper
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Select very small, round potatoes.
    Clean potatoes; leave skins on.
    Boil just until done.
    Chill.
    Scoop out top portion of each potato.
    Fill with 1 tablespoon sour cream.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt and cayenne pepper.
    Garnish each potato with a sprig of parsley.
    Serve chilled.
    Makes 6 appetizer servings or 2 potatoes per serving.
