Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans whole tomatoes, drain 1/2 of juice
2 medium white onions, chopped
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 can chopped chili peppers
1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped jalapenos (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. white vinegar
Preparation

Chop tomatoes.
Add other ingredients.
Makes about 1 quart. Best if served next day.
Refrigerate.
