Lime Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes lime jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. hot water
2 c. cold water
Preparation

Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water.
Add cream cheese and mix with electric mixer or blender.
Blend well.
Add 2 cups cold water.
Place in oblong dish and chill approximately 35 to 40 minutes in refrigerator.
Drain juice from pineapple.
Add pineapple and nuts to slightly thickened jello.
Return to refrigerator to set until firm enough to serve.
