Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 envelope Ranch dressing
    vegetables: carrots, tomatoes, celery, cauliflower, olives, mushrooms and broccoli
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Crust:
    Spread crescent rolls in 9 x 13-inch pan until smooth. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cool.
