Holiday Liver Pat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8-ounces liverwurst (use the best you can find)
    1 pkg. (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
    Stuffed green olives for garnish
Preparation
    Mix liverwurst, half of the cream cheese, onion, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.
    Combine well.
    Form a mound of pate in the center of a serving dish; place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
    Frost with the remaining cream cheese.
    Slice a few stuffed olives with pimentos so the green is a circle on the outside with the red pimento on the inside.
    Arrange them on the outside of the mound as a garnish.
    Serve anytime (not just for holidays) with low-carb crackers and veggies.
