Haddock Barrie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 haddock fillets
    12 cooked shrimp, cut up
    seasoned flour
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, sauteed
    1/2 c. celery, sauteed
    6 Tbsp. heavy cream
    salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash and dry fillets.
    Coat with seasoned flour.
    Use 1/2 of the butter to grease a shallow dish and arrange fillets.
    Melt remaining butter.
    Stir in flour to make a paste.
    Add milk to make a white sauce.
    Add cheese and blend.
    Add sauteed onion and celery and cut up shrimp.
    Pour over fish fillets and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
