Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. butter flavor shortening
    1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small egg, beaten
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar and salt, then cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Beat together vinegar, water and egg.
    Mix with flour mixture until dough is moist enough to form a ball.
    Wrap in plastic and chill for 30 minutes.
    Makes 1 large double crust pie.
