Liver Cake For Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. liver
1 c. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Preparation

Trim liver and remove gristle.
Cut into small pieces and puree in blender.
Pour into a bowl and add cornmeal and garlic salt.
Blend well.
Pour into a 9 x 9-inch greased cake pan.
(If you want a thinner cake, use cookie sheet.) Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on rack.
Cut into squares (like brownies).
Wrap each piece in foil and freeze.
