Frankly Potato Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 lb. hot dogs, Polish sausage or ring bologna, sliced
    2 to 3 c. canned tomatoes, undrained
    4 tsp. paprika (less if desired)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook potatoes in small amount of boiling water.
    Drain.
    Meanwhile, heat butter in a large skillet and saute onions.
    Add sliced hot dogs, tomatoes (with juice), paprika, salt, caraway seed and potatoes.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes to heat through and blend flavors.
    Serves 4 to 6.
