Chili-Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
    2 (8 oz.) boxes Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
    garlic powder to taste
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    chili powder
Preparation
    Combine cheese and cream cheese in a large bowl; beat on medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
    Add garlic and pecans; mix well.
    Divide mix into equal portions.
    Shape each portion into an 8-inch log and roll in chili powder.
    Cover and chill several hours.
    Serve with crackers.
