Weight Watchers Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage, chopped
    3/4 c. carrots, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. water
    2 cans tomatoes, pureed in blender
    1 can green beans
    garlic powder
    chili powder
    1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients and cook until tender.
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer.
