Sweet Potato And Banana Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    6 medium bananas (about 2 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Wash sweet potatoes.
    Place in a large saucepan.
    Cover with boiling water and add salt.
    Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes and let cool.
    Peel and slice crosswise into 1/4-inch thick slices.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly butter a 2-quart souffle dish or casserole.
