Cranberry Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. low-fat milk
1 c. coarse chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds or melted oleo
Preparation

Mix all together and bake in a loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Let cool.
Cut and serve.
