Raisin Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. chopped nuts
    sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped raisins (California seedless)
Preparation
    Grease pan heavily.
    Sprinkle with 6 tablespoons nuts, then lightly with sugar.
    Beat butter and cream cheese together until soft.
    Gradually add 1 1/2 cups sugar, beating until light.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    (Batter may look curdled.) Blend in flour, resifted with baking powder and salt.
    Mix in raisins.
    Turn into nut-coated pan.
