Cabbage Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage head, shredded (about 2 qt.)
    2 cans celery soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. grated American cheese
    1 c. soft bread crumbs, buttered
Preparation
    Cook cabbage in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes; drain. Place in shallow baking pan.
    Blend soup, milk and cheese.
    Heat until cheese melts.
    Pour over cabbage.
    Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 400\u00b0 in gas oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
