Pumpkin Cookie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. solid pack pumpkin
    3/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, nuts and 1 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Add butter; mix until crumbly.
    Press into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over crust.
    Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool completely.
