Spinach Margaret - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
8 crackers
1 egg
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Thaw spinach and press out liquid.
Crush crackers coarsely. In nonstick pan, melt butter; heat spinach until hot.
Stir in cracker crumbs.
Stir egg slightly and scramble among spinach. Cooked egg should show bits of white and yolk.
