Chocolate Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. cold water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, sift together sugar, flour, cocoa, soda, and salt.
    Set aside.
    Bring to a boil; butter, oil, and water.
    Remove from heat and stir into dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
