Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cut butter
1 cup oil
2 beaten eggs
2 t vanilla
5 cups flour
1 t each, salt and soda
1 t cream of tartar

Preparation

Mix sugar and butter. Add other ingredients, mixing well. Roll into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and press with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees about 10 minutes.
