Molasses Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
3/4 c. molasses
1 egg
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. hot water

Preparation

Blend dry ingredients.
Then add all ingredients together. Bake in 9 x 13-inch dish or 2 round pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
