Roast Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. roast beef, cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 sticks celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine or oil
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    a few drops Tabasco sauce
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook celery, onions and pepper in 2 tablespoons oil or margarine until clear.
    Add beef cubes.
    Cook several minutes. Stir in soups, water, salt, soy sauce and Tabasco.
    Pour in baking dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serve over rice or creamed potatoes.
